Benefit Auction by Artist Paul Zdepski

My friend Paul Zdepski is truly an excellent human being, and very talented artist, and is using his great talents to help a friend in need. He is holding a benefit auction of one of his paintings to help offset the medical expenses of little Adam Heatwole in the Georgetown Pediatric ICU in Washington DC.

"Adam is a transplant recipient, and most recently lost the majority of his intestine due to hernias and blockages... poor guy is sewn up like a zipper.

David Heatwole, Adam's dad, is a friend of mine from the arts publishing field. He and bride, Dawn are dealing with quite a bit, and I'm hoping to help them out.

I'm offering the original painting, Vincent Van Toad for auction. Bidding closes mid-night (12 am), February 1, 2011. The piece will come framed in my deluxe gallery frame, archival and sturdy. I am also adding a signed gallery catalog from the IC 14 show, where it won 2nd place in the Book category.  Bidding is via email, to p@zillustration.com . Highest bid is on the blog and view the goods at: http://zillustration.blogspot.com/2010/12/van-toad-auction.html

No names are associated with the bids on the site, but you can always inquire if you still are in the lead. I apologize for the hard sell, but I am truly committed to this. If you can, please pass this email around, or re-post the blog link or tweet as you see fit. It's much appreciated." -Paul
